Other terms for warehousing are contract warehousing or 3PL or third party warehousing or outsourcing – they all have the same meaning, that is, we look after your goods freeing you of locking in to long term leases, and the worry of hiring staff. Our policy is “user pays” you only pay for the services you require.

A very important advantage of using a contract warehouse or 3PL or third party warehouse or outsourcing is that you only pay storage for the goods that you have in stock.  Your business can grow, without having to find larger premises and the time and money wasted moving your whole business with all the costs that are involved. 

Container unpack

You organise for your containers to be delivered to Advanced Warehousing and supply us with a list of goods you are expecting. We will unpack the container, sort your goods, and pack them onto your pallets, check them off, fax you with the details, ready for storage.
Advanced Warehousing have a good track record for unloading our containers quickly and efficiently.

Goods Receipt

Once you organise for your goods to be delivered to Advanced Warehousing, send us notification and ETA of your order and we will unload and check off, ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered, in good condition. We notify you when your goods have arrived, and the quantities we have received.

Storage

When your goods are received Advanced Warehousing creates bar-coded labels to keep track of your products. Advanced Warehousing can produce reports showing the full history of storage and movements of all your products.

Stock control

You are able to access our read only website, and receive, via e-mail, full stock listings in several different forms, or look up one item.

Stocktakes, stock counts, stock sorting will be done at an agreed date and time, following your instructions, with reliability and the same care you would take if you did it yourself.

Security

Advanced Warehousing does not release any stock without your written instructions and a signature is required as proof of pick up.

Advanced Warehousing has a back to base alarm system, with motion detectors throughout the warehouses, and the back up of a visiting patrol car, if required.

Authorised staff members have their own security code and a record is kept of all logs in and out of the warehouses.

The directors of Advanced Warehousing can be contacted by security 24 hours a day.

Advanced Warehousing & Distribution has a zero record of pilferage.

Transport

Our courteous and friendly drivers distribute within the Sydney Metropolitan area with the utmost care and efficiency, in reliable vehicles.
We will deliver your goods when you need your goods.

Advanced Warehousing will follow your instructions and you can be assured you will be getting a service that is reliable, and competent.

You are under no obligation to use Advanced Warehousing transport services. Advanced Warehousing will have your orders ready for pick up by any carrier you nominate.
